 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amy Bird Method website and the booking of any sessions, classes or retreats with Amy Bird Method ("we", "us", "our"), based in Llandrindod Wells, Mid Wales. By booking a session, attending a retreat, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4. Health & Safety
  • Pilates and movement sessions involve physical activity and carry an inherent level of risk
  • You must disclose any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations before your first session, so sessions can be taught safely and appropriately
  • If you're unsure whether Pilates is suitable for you, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking
  • We reserve the right to modify or decline to deliver a session where we believe it would be unsafe to proceed
5. Retreats
  • Retreat bookings are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of booking, including payment schedule, cancellation policy and what's included
  • Places are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment
  • Travel to and from the retreat location is the responsibility of the guest, unless otherwise stated
